Building on the experiences we have gathered in joint projects since 2022, we will bring our second district opera to the stage in May 2026. Bridges musicians, who regularly visit Henri-Dunant School, connect the two institutions, whose organisational structures could hardly be more different.

The district opera 2026 – You are okay

“You are okay, just as you are!” sing the children of Henri-Dunant School in their school song, which brings tears to the eyes anew with every performance. Sadly, this fundamental statement is not always something to be taken for granted.

Together with their music teacher Anne Rumpf, the director Sabine Fischmann and the four Bridges musicians Berivan Canbolat, Dennis Merz, Carolina Pardo Reyes and Alireza Meghrazi, the pupils in grades 3 and 4 explore the different facets of being okay.
